Appointment of Joint Company Secretary
Leigh Creek Energy Limited (ASX:LCK) (“LCK” or “Company”) wishes to advise that Ms. Jordan Mehrtens will be on maternity leave with effect from 20 April 2020. Mr. Damien Connor has been appointed as joint company secretary from 14 April 2020 for the period of Jordan’s leave.
Mr. Connor is an experienced company secretary acting in this capacity for a number of other ASX Listed entities. Damien previously held the position of joint company secretary for Leigh Creek Energy Limited from March 2019 through September 2019.
Damien is a Chartered Accountant, Graduate of AICD and a Member of Governance Institute of Australia. Previous employers include Heathgate Resources and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The Board of Leigh Creek Energy authorised this announcement to be given to ASX.
