Quarterly Activities Report – July – September 2025

NeuRizer Ltd ("NeuRizer" or the "Company") submits the following Activities Report and Quarterly Cash Flow Statement (refer to attached Appendix 5B) for the quarter ending 30 September 2025.

India

NeuRizer is now in discussions exclusively with Reliance Industries limited on is working with them on a monthly basis assessing possible suitable locations for ISG/UCG, gap analysis on capability requirements and general ISG/ procedures. It is hoped that both parties will be able to come to final agreement on how the parties will implement ISG in India in the next few months.

Suspension in trading shares

The company’s shares continue to be suspended from trading under the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) Listing Rule 17.5. The focus has been on the overdue interim report that has now been submitted and we are now working with our Auditor so that the required annual audited accounts can be lodged.

NeuRizer Urea Project (NRUP) Stage 1 Update

Stage 1 of the NRUP builds on the successful Pre-Commercial Demonstration that NeuRizer operated in 2018 and 2019. The overarching purpose of Stage 1 is to further demonstrate the commercial, technical, environmental and financial credentials of the NRUP.

Work undertaken at site during this quarter include:

  • Conducted monthly groundwater monitoring on site as per DEM (South Australian Department of Energy and Mining) approved Groundwater Monitoring Plan.

  • Graded and cleared all pathways and roadways at site at 5 monitoring wells and maintain access to monitoring stations and maintaining the integrity of the monitoring stations/wells.

  • Completed Pre Commercial Demonstration and closure and submitted to closure report and we are now awaiting approval from the South Australian Department of Energy and Mining.

  • Air quality at site.

  • Air quality North and South of Site.

  • Surface water monitoring at site.

  • Soil and vapor monitoring continuing.

  • Submitted our Groundwater Monitoring plan to the South Australian Department of Energy and Mining for next 24 months of monitoring at site.

  • Continuing compiling and completing the EIS responses for NRUP Stage 1 as per the EIS guidelines supplied by the federal government DCCEEW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water) under the EPBC Act.

  • Engaged subject matter experts and consultants to help with completing the EIS for NRUP Stage 1.

  • Facilitated numerous Leigh Creek site visits for various stakeholders, including government officers, shareholders, contractor site inspection for Expressions of Interest for Urea plant, and with potential investors.

  • Ongoing preservation of the PCD plant, including monitoring and adjusting the nitrogen preservation charge within the PCD pipe works, as well as maintaining the integrity of the plant.

  • Introduction of a Nitrogen purge of site equipment.

  • Ongoing maintenance and repairs to all site infrastructure, plant and equipment. This includes service and repairs to site generators, telehandler, vehicles, pumps, buildings, etc.

  • Ongoing road maintenance to dirt roads, used by Neurizer, on the Leigh Creek PEL 650.

  • Environmental weed management as required under our South Australian Department of Energy and Mining license to control invasive plant species and to maintain safety (trip hazard and snakes) around Leigh Creek site.

  • Regular monthly liaison with local community in Leigh Creek.

  • Liaison with South Australian Department of Energy and Mining compliance representative for the care and maintenance of the overall Coalfield.

  • Maintaining compliance in all aspects of health and safety. All checks are recorded in Neurizer’s health & safety online system lodged with South Australian Department of Energy and Mining.

  • Conducted regular site security checks of the petroleum license to check security gates, fences and pipelines and on several occasions removed intruders.

  • Continued various studies into other potential opportunities for the Leigh Creek coal field site. These include solar power generation with batteries, pumped hydro and site revegetation.

  • Review and update the Leigh Creek drill hole database and conducted site inspection with the well capping contractor. Well capping in 2026

  • Co-authored the paper “Impacts of Geological and Operational Parameters (Adelaide University on the Performance of In-Situ Coal Gasification using Linked Vertical Wells (2025)”. This is a research paper looking at modelling the growth of underground gasifiers based on the operational data collected during the PCD trials. This modelling will be utilised for NRUP Stage 1 and Stage 2 to model the performance of the gasifiers

  • Co-authored the paper “Rapid Prediction for Overburden Caving Zone of Underground Excavations (2026)”. This is a research paper looking at modelling the caving and subsidence associated with underground gasifiers based on the geological and operational data collected during the PCD trials. This modelling will be utilised for NRUP Stage 1 and Stage 2 to model the potential subsidence

Finance and Corporate

The accompanying Appendix 5B (Quarterly Cashflow Report) includes a summary of cash inflows and outflows for the quarter, including amounts in item 6.1, which include executive and non-executive director fees paid as salaries and wages.

During the quarter, the Company incurred $64k on exploration and evaluation activities, with the majority relating to capitalised labor costs, site maintenance, and other minor operating costs.
