Leigh Creek Energy Limited (ASX: LCK) Extension of Voluntary Suspension
Leigh Creek Energy Limited (ASX: LCK) (the “Company”) refers to its request for suspension as announced on 27 March 2017. The voluntary suspension was requested to enable the Company to manage its continuous disclosure obligations pending finalisation and announcement of a proposed capital raising. The Company is extending the voluntary suspension to the quotation of its ordinary shares on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2 the Company provides the following information:

The reason for the extension of the voluntary suspension is for the Company to manage its continuous disclosure obligations whilst completing the capital raising.

The voluntary suspension will continue until the earlier of the release of the announcement, or commencement of trading on Thursday 30 March 2017.

The event that will end the voluntary suspension is the announcement referred to in the second paragraph above.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be extended.
