Update to Tenement Status

Primary Resources Limited wishes to announce that the Department of Industry and Resources WA has advised that a further five tenements in the Warburton Project area (E69/2177, E69/2178, E69/2179, E69/2180, E69/2181) and three tenements in the Egerton Project Area (E69/2174, E69/2175, E69/2176) have been granted to the Company for a term of five years commencing October 17[th] , 2007.

The granting of these tenements consolidates the Company’s position in the Warburton and Egerton region. There are seven tenements at Warburton covering 1047 square kilometres and three tenements at Egerton covering 529 square kilometres. Detailed geophysical and geochemical surveys over the previously granted tenement, E69/1564 in the Warburton region, have shown the area to be highly prospective and the Company can now look forward to expanding its search into the neighbouring Exploration Leases.

The Warburton tenements are subject to a Joint Venture agreement with Marathon Resources Limited. Under this agreement, Marathon is committed to spend $850,000 on exploration in the first year (extendable to 18 months), of a total of $3.25 million (within three to five years) to earn up to 70% of the project.

The Company will now commence a ground reconnaissance of the Egerton tenements to assess the logistics of conducting surface exploration over targets that were previously identified from the Company’s aeromagnetic survey.
