Revised Appendix 3X – Christopher Ryan

Marathon Resources Ltd (ASX: MTN) (Marathon) refers to the Appendix 3X lodged on 26 February 2014 in respect of non-executive Director Christopher Ryan.

The Appendix 3X stated that Mr Ryan had an indirect relevant interest in Marathon securities as a director of Bentley Capital Limited. On review this was in error.

A revised Appendix 3X is attached, reflecting the correct initial holding, namely an indirect interest as sole director of Westchester Ventures Pty Ltd.
