Change of Director and Company Secretary
NeuRizer Ltd ("NeuRizer" or the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Jordan Mehrtens has stepped down from the role of Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary, effective immediately.
The Board is pleased to advise that Mr Justyn Peters will temporarily assume the role of Company Secretary. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Peters will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
NeuRizer Executive Chairman Justyn Peters commented,
““On behalf of the Board and the Company, I wish to thank Jordan for her valued contribution to the Company for 10 years from her appointment in 2015 through to the current period. Her contribution to both the efficient running of the Board as Company Secretary and her contribution as a Director will be missed. The Company wishes her well for her future endeavors’”
