COMUNICAZIONE DI DECESSO DEL PRESIDENTE DEL COLLEGIO SINDACALE

Merate, 09 Febbraio 2021 – Netweek S.p.A., ("Netweek" o la "Società") quotata al mercato MTA organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana, comunica che in data 05 febbraio 2021 è deceduto il Presidente del Collegio Sindacale e Sindaco Effettivo della società, Dottor Sergio Torretta.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, appresa la triste notizia, partecipa con profondo cordoglio al dolore della famiglia per la grave perdita.
La società, nel contempo, ha attivato immediatamente le procedure per la sostituzione del membro del Collegio Sindacale.
