Modificato il calendario finanziario per l'anno 2021 di Neodecortech S.p.A.

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" o la "Società") quotata nel segmento STAR, organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. e leader in Italia nella produzione di carte decorative per pannelli nobilitati e del flooring utilizzati nel settore dell'interior design, comunica che il Consiglio di Amministrazione, riunitosi in data odierna, ha deliberato, tra l'altro, di modificare parzialmente il calendario finanziario della Società approvato in data 10 dicembre 2020.

Le modifiche al calendario finanziario hanno ad oggetto:

• ➢ la data di approvazione della relazione finanziaria periodica aggiuntiva Q1 al 31 marzo, che si terrà l'11 maggio 2021 anziché il 20 aprile 2021;
• ➢ la data di approvazione della relazione finanziaria periodica aggiuntiva Q3 al 30 settembre, che si terrà il 12 novembre anziché il 19 ottobre.

Di seguito il calendario finanziario 2021 della Società, modificato sulla base di quanto sopra.

13 aprile 2021	Approvazione del bilancio di esercizio al 31 dicembre 2020
11 maggio 2021	Approvazione relazione finanziaria periodica aggiuntiva Q1 al 31 marzo 2021
7 settembre 2021	Approvazione della relazione semestrale al 30 giugno 2021
12 novembre 2021	Approvazione relazione finanziaria periodica aggiuntiva Q3 al 30 settembre 2021

Change in 2021 financial calendar of Neodecortech S.p.A.

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), listed in the STAR segment organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and the Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, announces that the Board of Directors met today and resolved, among other things, on partly changing the Company's financial calendar approved on 10 December 2020.

The changes to the financial calendar refer to:

• ➢ the approval date for the additional periodic Q1 report at 31 March, which will be 11 May 2021 instead of 20 April 2021;
• ➢ the approval date for the additional periodic Q3 report at 30 September, which will be 12 November instead of 19 October.

The following is the Company's 2021 financial calendar, changed based on the above.

13 April 2021	Approval of the financial statements at 31 December 2020
11 May 2021	Approval of the additional periodic Q1 report at 31 March 2021
7 September 2021	Approval of the half-year report at 30 June 2021
12 November 2021	Approval of the additional periodic Q3 report at 30 September 2021
