Neodecortech S.p.A.: Notification of Change in Significant Shareholdings

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative surfaces for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed in the Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR") segment organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the Company received notification from shareholder Azimut Investments S.A. ("Azimut") on 8 May 2026 regarding the reduction of its stake from the previous 5.02% of the share capital (corresponding to 5.02% of voting rights) to the current 4.96% (corresponding to 4.96% of voting rights), falling below the material threshold of 5% of voting rights.
