Management changes

CDON Group AB, the leading e-‐commerce group in the Nordic region today announced changes to the management team.

Martin
Edblad,
Chief
Financial
Officer at
CDON Group
AB,
and
Peter
Rosvall, Chief
Executive
Officer
at Nelly.com and
Members.com and
responsible
for
the
fashion
segment,
have
decided
to
leave
the
Group
in
order
to
set
up
an
e-‐commerce
consultancy.
Both
Mr
Edblad
and
Mr Rosvall
have
agreed
to
remain
in
their
current
positions
for
up
to
six
months until successors
have
been
appointed
and
the
hand
over
of
their
responsibilities
has
been
completed.
The
Group
will
immediately
initiate the
recruitment
process
to
identify
their
successors.
