Nekkar Group ASA: Recorded increase in share capital

Reference is made to stock exchange notices of 12 and 13 September 2019

regarding share options exercised by primary insiders.

Four persons have exercised a total of 610.000 options, each giving the right to

one share in Nekkar ASA. In order to settle its obligations to deliver the

shares, Nekkar ASA has increased the share capital.

The new share capital in Nekkar ASA of NOK 11.618.208,58 divided into

105.620.078 shares, has today been registered in the Norwegian Registry of

Business Enterprises.
