TTS Group ASA: Recorded increase in share capital

Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 30.03.2017 regarding the

Extraordinary General Meeting approval of the amendment to the Company's bond

loan agreement ISIN NO 001 0593890 reflecting conversion rights of bond into

shares in TTS Group ASA.

One bondholder have converted a total of NOK 500.000,-, to 100.603 shares based

on the rate 4,9700 per share.

Subsequent to this conversion the remaining nominal convertible bond debt is

NOK 91.345.000,- corresponding to 18.379.276 conversion rights.

The new share capital in TTS Group ASA of NOK 9.570.888,03 divided into

87.008.073 shares, has been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business

Enterprises.
