Skeie Technology AS has, on 7 December 2022, agreed to purchase 4,907,586 shares in Nekkar ASA ("Nekkar") from Skeie Capital Investment AS (the "Transaction"). The Transaction will be completed on 30 December 2022.

Skeie Technology AS and Skeie Capital Investment AS are both wholly owned subsidiaries of Skeiegruppen AS ("Skeiegruppen").

Following the Transaction, Skeie Technology AS will hold 31,475,823 shares, equal to 29.477% of the shares and voting rights in Nekkar. Skeie Capital Investment AS will following the Transaction not hold any shares, voting rights, rights to shares or other financial instruments in Nekkar.

The total number of shares in Nekkar held indirectly by Skeiegruppen remains unchanged at 31,475,823 shares equal to 29.477% of outstanding shares in Nekkar.
