Please find attached financial statement for TTS Group ASA Q3 2016. Highlights

are:

* Strong 3(rd) quarter order intake, increased 23% from last quarter and 30%

from 3(rd) quarter 2015

* 3(rd) quarter turnover reduced 8% from 2015, particularly due to reduced

activity in the offshore sector

* Continued improvement  in underlying operations, with an EBITDA year to date

of MNOK 100, compared to MNOK 42 in the same period 2015

* Good visibility for 2016 turnover
