TTS Group ASA: Change in CFO position

TTS Group ASA: Change in CFO position

As of 1 May 2019 our Chief Financial Officer, Leiv Kallestad, will leave his

position in order to pursue new challenges as CEO in Optimarin AS.  His leaving

is commonly agreed upon and TTS Group ASA wish to thank him for the efforts made

over the last two years.

Due to this event, Toril Eidesvik, the CEO in TTS Group ASA, will cover the

position as CFO on a temporary basis and until further notice.

Kallestad will for a certain period be available for TTS, and hereby contribute

to transactional related items.
