TTS - Change in Board of Directors

Rune Selmar will from 1 January 2011 take up the position as a manager in

Norfund, an investment fund, owned by The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign affairs.

The fund invests in equity and loans in companies in dedicated developing

countries and is a part of the Norwegian international aid program.

As a consequence of his new position, Selmar needs to limit number of

Directorships in companies outside Norfund. Thus Rune Selmar retires from his

position as Director in TTS Group ASA made effective from 1 January 2011.
