The ordinary annual general meeting 3 June 2010

unanimously approved the proposal for a new board of

directors consisting of:

In addition to the shareholder-elected board members,

the board of directors consists of the following two

Anne Karin Bedringås TTS Marine AS

The board of directors elects its own chairman. Board

meeting has been held, and Trym Skeie was re-elected

as chairman of the board.
