Extraordinary General Meeting of TTS Group ASA will be held on Monday 10 January

at 11:00 am in the company's offices at Folke Bernadottes vei 38, Bergen.

The notice will today be sent to all shareholders in TTS Group ASA registered in

Verdipapirsentralen (VPS) as of 13 December 2010.
