This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, inter-alia , to:

1. consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025 and

2. recommend a dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2024-25.

As intimated by the Company vide its letter dated March 26, 2025, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the 'trading window' for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company from Tuesday, April 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results and becomes generally available information.
