Brief Profile of Mr. Ashish Pandey

Mr. Ashish Pandey is a Fellow Member (FCS-6078) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. In addition, he has done his LLB from the University of Kanpur, is a cost accountant from the Cost and Works Accountants of India and MBA (EPGDM) from IIM Kozhikode. He has over 19 years of work experience across companies both listed and unlisted, in varied industries.

His experience includes designing accounting & secretarial functions and implementing Corporate Governance norms especially in the light of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. He has hands-on knowledge of setting-up the compliance mechanism for a listed Company to ensure effective corporate governance. His experience covers Secretarial, Finance and legal areas.

He has successfully dealt with various government bodies and agencies including the Stock Exchanges, the RBI, SEBI and other regulatory bodies.
