A person whose name is recorded in the register of members and register of beneficial owners as maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date, i.e., September 23, 2020, shall be entitled to avail facility of remote e-voting and voting at the Annual General Meeting through Video Conferencing ("VC") / other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM")
