National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) announces that it has signed syndicated murabaha facility agreements
The National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) announces that it has signed a syndicated murabaha facility agreement in an amount of SAR 2.93 billion on 5/2/1439H. corresponding to 25/10/2017G. with each of Riyad Bank, SABB, Alrajhi Bank, Emirates, NBD, Bank Albilad, SAMBA, Banque Saudi Fransi and Saudi Investment Bank. The purpose of the facility is to refinance the company existing facilities and reduce the principal instalments in the early years to support the company cash flows during the period. The last instalment is due in Q1 of 2024 compared to Q4 of 2021 before the refinancing. The facility includes the signing of promissory notes as a security. In addition, Tasnee has signed a second syndicated murabaha facility agreement in an amount of SAR 981.8 million on 5/2/1439H. corresponding to 25/10/2017G. with each of Riyad Bank and SABB. The purpose of the facility is to refinance the company existing facilities and reduce the principal instalments in the early years to support the company cash flows during the period. The last instalment is due in Q1 of 2024 compared to Q4 of 2020 before the refinancing. The facility includes the signing of promissory notes as a security.
