Vacon Plc (ID 1519966-5) has on November 19, 2012, received a disclosure under
Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the
holding of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. and its group's shareholding in Vacon Plc
has exceeded the threshold of 5% of the company's shares and voting rights.

According to the disclosure, the combined direct and indirect shareholding of
Ameriprise Financial and its group is now 772,623 Vacon Plc's shares, which is
5.05% of Vacon Plc's shares and votes.

Exceeding the above-mentioned limit is the result of the purchase of shares on
November 16, 2012.

Vacon Plc has a total of 15,295,000 shares. The company has only one class of
shares and each share entitles to one vote.
