Shares issued under Institutional Placement Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

SYDNEY, 2 October 2025: This notice is given by Murray Cod Australia Ltd (ABN 74 143 928 625) ( Company ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Act ).

The Company has today issued 17,894,737 fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ) at an issue price of $0.95 per New Share pursuant to a private placement to sophisticated and professional investors, as announced to ASX on 26 September 2025.

For the purposes of section 708A(6) of the Act, the Company hereby notifies ASX that:

• (a) the Company issued the New Shares without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (b) this notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • (ii) section 674 and 674A of the Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no other information that is 'excluded information' of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.

This announcement was approved by the Board of the Company.
