Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Murray Cod Australia Limited (ASX) (MCA or the Company) advises that Wendy Joy Dillon has notified the Company of her intention to resign from her role as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 30 September 2026 unless varied by mutual agreement.

Wendy has been associated with Murray Cod Australia since the inception of the business, initially supporting the Company through its external accounting firm, before joining MCA in a full-time capacity as Chief Financial Officer in November 2022.

Throughout her long association with the Company, Wendy has been dedicated to the growth and ongoing improvement of Murray Cod Australia and has provided valued support during a significant period of development for the business.

The Board and management team thank Wendy for her contribution and commitment over many years and wish her all the very best in her future endeavours.

The Company has commenced a recruitment process to appoint a suitable replacement and will update the market in due course in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1.
