TRADING HALT

The securities of Timpetra Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 5 July 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Timpetra Resources Limited (the Company) (ASX:TPR) hereby requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a material acquisition by the Company.

The trading halt should be lifted at the time of the announcement being made, which is anticipated to be prior to the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 5 July 2016.

The Company is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
