QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2016

Timpetra Resources Limited (ASX: TPR) (“Timpetra” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide the quarterly activities report for the three months ended 30 September 2016, to be read in conjunction with the Appendix 5B.

Aquaculture Acquisitions Progressing

The Company is finalising a notice of shareholder meeting to seek shareholder approval for the acquisition of the aquaculture businesses (amongst other resolutions) and intends to lodge this notice with shareholders as soon as the notice is approved by ASX and ASIC.

In accordance with ASX’s policy for entities undertaking back door listing transactions, the Company’s securities will remain suspended from trading on ASX until the Company has complied with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules in accordance with listing rule 11.1.3.

The Company is also finalising a Prospectus in order to raise $7,000,000 and up to $10,000,000 in order to fund the cash portion of the acquisition consideration and raise funds for expansion and working capital.

The Jillewarra Project

The Company has met with its joint venture partner to consider further exploration activities for the Jillewarra Project.
