Correction of Director Interest Notice – Commins

Murray Cod Australia Ltd (“MCA” or “the Company”) advises that a typographical error has been noted in the Change in Director’s Interest Notice for Mr Commins lodged with the ASX on 26 November 2021 for the acquisition of 2,000,000 unlisted options which overstated the number of securities held after the change.

This error carried forward to the interest notice for Mr Commins lodged with the ASX on 18 January 2022. The corrected number of securities held by Mr Commins is:

• (e) 500,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.25 each, expiring on 3 January 2025, vesting on 1 July 2023

• (f) 500,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.25 each, expiring on 3 January 2025, vesting on 1 July 2024

• (g) 500,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.53 each, expiring on 25 November 2025, vesting on 1 July 2022

• (h) 500,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.53 each, expiring on 25 November 2025, vesting on 1 July 2023

• (i) 500,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.53 each, expiring on 25 November 2025, vesting on 1 July 2024

• (j) 500,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.53 each, expiring on 25 November 2025, vesting on 1 July 2025
