Transition of Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Murray Cod Australia Limited (‘MCA’ or the ‘Company’) advises the market that Mr Ross Anderson will cease his role of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, effective Friday, 20 February.

To ensure continuity of leadership, Mr Mat Ryan, Executive Director - Production and Development, and Mr Roger Commins, Non-Executive Director have been appointed to act as Interim Joint Chief Executive Officers. Mr Anderson will assist with an orderly handover of responsibilities.

Executive Officer and expects to update the market in the near term.
