Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

Murray Cod Australia Limited (‘MCA’ or ‘the Company’) advises that Mr Brett Tucker has today resigned as Joint Company Secretary.

The Board thanks Mr Tucker for his service to the Company. Ms Wendy Dillon remains as Company Secretary in addition to her role as Chief Financial Officer.
