Changes to Executive Leadership Team

The Board of Murray Cod Australia Ltd (‘MCA’ or ‘the Company’) advises of changes to its executive leadership team, intended to enhance operational efficiency.

Mr Mathew Ryan will step aside from the role of Managing Director in order to focus on aquaculture operations as the Director, Production & Development. This new role will enable Mr Ryan to give his sole attention to growing the biomass and health of Murray Cod stock, consistent with his professional background and personal passion. Mr Ryan will remain as a Director of the Company.

Mr Ross Anderson, the Chairman of the Company has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer. As part of its commitment to effective corporate governance, the Board will consider appointing an independent Director in the future in the role of Chairman.

With these change in roles, there is no change in remuneration for either Mathew Ryan or Ross Anderson.
