Change of Auditor

In compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Murray Cod Australia Ltd (“MCA” or “the Company”) advises that RSM Australia Partners has been appointed as auditor of the Company.

This appointment was approved by the Company’s members at the previous Annual General Meeting, subject to ASIC’s consent to the resignation of the Company’s previous auditor Mr John Phillip Keenan in accordance with Section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001, which was received. This change follows the Company tendering the external audit service.
