Multiconsult ASA - repurchase of own shares and completed share repurchase programme

Reference is made to the stock market announcement on 10 January 2020, where Multiconsult ASA announced an initiation of a share repurchase programme of up to 100,000 of its own shares.

Multiconsult ASA (“Multiconsult” or the “Company”) has on 18 March 2020 purchased 6,363 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 41.0629 per share. After this transaction the Company owns a total of 100,016 shares or 0.37% of issued shares. As a result the share repurchase programme is completed. Multiconsult purchased a total of 100,000 shares at an average price of NOK 63.6642 per share through the share repurchase programme.

The transaction is completed in accordance with the authorisation provided by the ordinary general meeting to the board of directors on 25 April 2019.
