Multiconsult ASA: Multiconsult initiates share buyback programme

Multiconsult ASA (''Multiconsult'') has decided to initiate a share buyback

programme for up to 700 000 shares in the market. The buyback programme will be

conducted in accordance with the authorisation provided by the ordinary general

meeting to the board of directors on 3 May 2018. The buyback will be executed

through a reverse Dutch auction at a price of maximum 70 NOK per share on Oslo

Børs. The programme will be initiated today and terminated on close of trade on

Oslo Børs Friday 30 November 2018.

Arctic Securities has been engaged to execute the auction.

The shares purchased under this programme will be used for Multiconsult's

employee share purchase programme as approved by the ordinary general meeting on

3 May 2018.
