Multiconsult ASA - Repurchase of own shares

On 24 April 2017, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult")

purchased 6 000 of its own shares at an average price of NOK

92.22 per share. The shares are intended to be used for the

2016 management bonus programme.

The shares were acquired on Oslo Børs. Following this

transaction Multiconsult holds 7 998 of its own shares.
