Multiconsult ASA - Repurchase of own shares

Multiconsult ASA has on 16 November 2017 completed a transaction in which the

company purchased 289 664 shares for NOK 77.00 per share from an existing

shareholder. Shares acquired in the transaction will be used in connection with

Multiconsult's 2017 employee share purchase programme.

Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 424 962 of its own shares.
