Multiconsult ASA - purchase and sale of own shares completed

On 30 November 2016, Multiconsult ASA (the "Company") purchased 480 330 shares

from its largest shareholder Stiftelsen Multiconsult at a price of NOK 104.80

per share, in accordance with the conditional share sale agreement between the

two parties announced on 22 June 2016.

In a subsequent transaction, the Company sold 480 330 shares to its employees in

connection with the implementation of the Company's 2016 employee share purchase

programme.

Following these two transactions the Company holds 2 758 of its own shares,

which is the same amount as prior to the two transactions.
