Multiconsult ASA - repurchase of own shares

On 10 September 2015, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 5 000 of its

own shares at an average price of NOK 97.00 per share.

The shares were purchased in accordance with the Company's share repurchase

programme as announced on 3 September 2015. The shares were acquired on Oslo

Børs.

Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 41 822 of its own shares.
