Multiconsult ASA - repurchase of own shares

On 7 October 2015, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 17 031 of its own

shares at an average price of NOK 99.00 per share.

The shares were purchased in accordance with the Company's share repurchase

programme as announced on 3 September 2015. The shares were acquired on Oslo

Børs.

Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 209 014 of its own shares.
