Multiconsult ASA - repurchase of own shares

On 8 October 2015, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 5 017 of its own

shares at an average price of NOK 98.25 per share.

The shares were purchased in accordance with the Company's share repurchase

programme as announced on 3 September 2015. The shares were acquired on Oslo

Børs.

Following this transaction Multiconsult holds 214 031 of its own shares.
