Multiconsult ASA - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Multiconsult on 28 June

2023 regarding increase of the share capital in the amount of NOK 70 226 divided

into 140 452 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50, as partial

consideration in connection with the acquisition of all shares in A-Lab AS.

The share capital increase relating to issuance of the consideration shares have

now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following this, the Multiconsult's new registered share capital is NOK 13 837

455.50 divided into 27 674 911 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.
