Multiconsult ASA - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Multiconsult on 14

December 2022 regarding increase of the share capital in the amount of NOK 51

968.00 divided into 103 936 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50,

as partial consideration in connection with the acquisition of all shares in

Roar Jørgensen AS.

The share capital increase relating to issuance of the consideration shares have

now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following this, the Multiconsult's new registered share capital is NOK 13 767

229.50 divided into 27 534 459 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.
