Completion of Share Capital Increase

Oslo, 25 September 2017 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notices by

Multiconsult ASA earlier today and on 30 August 2017 concerning the acquisition

of the Hjellnes Group and the issuance of 721,194 new shares as part of the

transaction settlement, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.

Multiconsult ASA has today completed the acquisition of Hjellnes Consult AS and

Johs Holt AS.

The  share capital  increase resolved  by the  Board of  Directors on  30

August  2017, has  now  been registered in the Norwegian  Register of Business

Enterprises, and the  capital increase has thus been completed.

After the issuance of the new shares the share capital of Multiconsult ASA is

NOK 13 485 197 divided into 26 970 394 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK

0.50.

The resolution was passed pursuant to the authority granted at the annual

general meeting of Multiconsult ASA on 11 May 2017.
