LINK Arkitektur AS to design Construction City

Multiconsult (Oslo: MULTI) subsidiary LINK Arkitektur has entered into an

agreement with Construction City Bygg AS to design the business cluster

Construction City in Oslo, Norway. Total contract value for LINK Arkitektur is

NOK 63 million.

The contract is the continuation of a process that started in 2017 with a design

competition and the completion of design development in May 2021. The contract

includes construction documents and follow up during the construction period of

Construction City.

The project will start immediately and will be completed in second half of 2025.

Construction City is an innovation cluster with a mission to drive collaboration

and new solutions in the construction industry. OBOS, AF Gruppen and Betonmast

will move their headquarters to Ulven upon completion of the project. The

building will be approx. 80 000 sqm above ground and 24 600 sqm below ground.
