Multiconsult ASA wins frame agreement for advisory services for Europe's largest wind portfolio

Oslo, 23 February 2016 - Multiconsult ASA has been awarded a frame agreement

with Fosen Vind DA for development of 1 000 MW windfarms in Norway.

The frame agreement includes services within civil-, construction-, electro-,

and mechanical engineering as well as control of design and supervision on

construction site. In addition, the frame agreement includes a number of options

within construction management, project management, HSE, and other relevant

consultancy services under the construction phase. Multiconsult estimates that

the frame agreement could generate revenues in the range of NOK 10 - 30 million

during a four-year period. Order intake will be recorded when the specific call

-offs are signed.

Positive investment decision

Statkraft, Trønder Energi, and Nordic Windpower DA are collaborating to build

Europe's largest land based windfarm in Mid-Norway. About NOK 11 billion will be

invested in six windfarms with total capacity of 1 000 MW. Construction work

will begin in the second quarter 2016 and all the windfarms will be completed in

2020. There will be two projects north and two projects south of the Trondheim

fjord. The six windfarms will be Roan, Storheia, Kvenndalsfjellet,

Harbaksfjellet, Geitfjellet and Hitra 2.
