MULTICONSULT - ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

The Norwegian language version of the articles of

association of Multiconsult ASA included in appendix

1 of the prospectus dated 8 May 2015 was, due to a

technical error, incomplete. Complete versions of

the articles of association (English and Norwegian)

which will apply as from the first day of trading on

Oslo Børs are attached hereto.
