Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI)

Planteknikk AS is a consulting engineering company specialising in HVAC with a

solid reputation and presence in the county Østfold, Norway. In the financial

year 2022 the acquired company reported an operating revenues of NOK 8.6 million

with an EBIT of NOK 1.5 million.
