Multiconsult acquires Smidt & Ingebrigtsen AS

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) acquires Smidt & Ingebrigtsen AS and strengthens

its competence and market position in western Norway.

Smidt & Ingebrigtsen is a consulting engineering company based in Bergen, with a

strong reputation and a solid market position both in the public and private

construction and civil engineering market in western Norway. Smidt &

Ingebrigtsen revenues for 2020 was NOK 19 million and has seven employees who

will be joining Multiconsult. The two companies have had a close and good

collaboration in the past and are now looking forward to continuing the good

collaboration as one company. The closing is expected in February 2022.
