Multiconsult acquires Nordland Teknikk AS

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) aquires Nordland Teknikk AS and strengthens its

competence and presence in the Helgeland region.

Nordland Teknikk AS is a consulting engineering company with a core of

construction engineers, with a long history and solid presence in the county of

Nordland, Norway. The company has nine employees and had 2020 revenues of NOK

12,4 million. The two companies have had a close and good collaboration in a

number of projects in the past, and are now looking forward to continuing the

good collaboration as one company. The closing date is expected to be mid

-October 2021.
