Multiconsult acquires the Swedish engineering consulting company Iterio AB

Oslo 7 March 2017 - Multiconsult acquires the Swedish consulting company Iterio

AB and thereby strengthens its presence in Sweden, according to the 3-2-1 GO

strategy objectives of developing a multidisciplinary business in Sweden.

The transaction will be settled in cash on 7 March 2017 and the total purchase

price is SEK 50 million. Iterio AB will become an integrated part of

Multiconsult as of today.

The acquisition is a first step towards Multiconsult's strategic objective of

developing a multidisciplinary business in Sweden

Iterio AB are engineering consultants with focus on planning and construction.

They are mainly involved with project and design management as well as data

coordination. Their core expertise is within geotechnics, environment and

traffic and they have a solid customer base. The company was established in 2011

and employs more than 70 engineers across offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and

Malmø. Iterio AB is a valuable addition and will be a good fit with LINK

arkitektur's and Multiconsult group's existing presence and commitment in Sweden

and Scandinavia.
